ugghh.. yes but have you factored in the price ?? I think ZS3 at this price is a great deal.. ZS7 is $399 (almost twice the price) and HX5V is not even on the market yet !

I just checked http://www.imaging-resource.com where you can compare cameras side-by-side. Sony DSC-HX5V's image quality is even worse.
I recently bought the zs3 from an 6Ave and when I opened it the camera did not have a protective film on the LCD screen, leading me to believe that it's not new. Is it supposed to have a protective film on the LCD?
