Staples Feb 21 - Feb 27 flyer

Slim, slim pickens in next week's ad. Compared to this week's (President's Day Week) mega sale, there is nothing next week.

Wringing and squeezing and going through every fiber of the Feb 21 weekly flyer with a magnifying glass, here is what I could dig up...

Canon XS deal is not hot at all.
Newegg has these kits for the same price with free shipping and no tax
unless you have Staples coupons to compensate taxes (which could add you $40-50 depending on location), .

In California, Newegg charges tax. In San Francisco its 9.5%. Thanks to the homeless receiving $800 a month, plus $100 a month for each pet, in addition to the $250 EBT card they get a month (If they're lucky and get back in line for the EBT card, they can get 2). The city council and the mayor can't understand why the homeless population is growing.

I buy from Amazon, no tax and free shipping. Eff paying my cities sales tax to give the homelss money. Make them clean our dirty city streets, since they are the one making them dirty.

Scans? Any good printer trade-in deals? Thanks.

It's "slim pickings" - "Slim Pickens" was a person.

Wow, this is a true hot deal! Do you just need to be homeless to qualify (e.g. still doing telecommuting for work from McDonald's, for example)? There used to be a dumpster diving thread somewhere here, too...
