I just placed an order using the "chewing gum" riddle answer. It was key code COES12 and will expire on 2/6/12. It was the correct answer, but they rejected it because they claimed the order I placed through a web deal/e-mail was already a key code offer. That's strange, because I've ordered through e-mail deals before and they accepted the answer. Has anyone else had this problem? It seems they are not consistent. This will probably be the last time I order from Sierra for a long time. It used to be a good deal on items. Now they've gone from free shipping to $2.95 shipping and now they won't even give that. So for my current order, they've charged me $9.95 shipping which is the last time they'll get that from me. Just about everywhere now offers free shipping. Someone had mentioned LL Bean now offers it and they do -- I just got one of their catalogs in the mail. Of course, I think their merchandise is overpriced to start with, but at least shipping is free if someone wants to order. I have found myself ordering from Amazon more and more and always get the super saver shipping for free.
