I have no idea if these are junk or if they will work okay but for the price I am going to give them a chance. I can always return them to Sears if they don't work. If anyone has any info or reviews on these let me know. Sears has three Empire models and I have no idea what the difference is. One seems to be a standard 32GB card while the other two are listed as: Huawei Mercury and Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX. I bought the two lower priced ones to use in a Samsung Galaxy 2.

You need to do more research before posting. "Sears" has nothing. "A third party seller" on Sears are selling these. Take a look at the seller on eBay...before kissing your money good bye.

I have never fell for any of the Sears seller scams...but from what I understand through research is that it is not like Amazon..since they offer no guarantee. Also from the seller reviews, it appears they do send a card..but it either is the wrong card...or one that holds a different amount of memory (than what is stated on the package). Since it seems like they "send" a product (so it has a tracking number/shipping info to cover them)..it will be a little harder to fight.

I appreciate the heads up on the "marketplace items" I have never noticed it on any of my buys and just checked none were.

Why give the guy RED? I really don't get it here he is trying to HELP US SAVE and you give him red...I will never understand I find that entirely RUDE! Say what you will I don't care!

I agree, but color ratings should be used if pertaining to how hot or useful a posting is for the community.. While I didn't give any red to the OP, I do believe it is deserved because the seller of this item isn't Sears and anyone buying this item is more than likely going to receive a fake card..


When you get them fill them up with 32GB of data. It most likely will keep on accepting new data at an astonishingly fast rate. That is after it is done filling up the true capacity of the card which may only be 2GB. I've been there before. It was a USB drive. Highest quality one I've ever had except for the memory inside it that wasn't worth anything.


Sears does a BIG disservice to their loyal customers by not making it CLEAR the item is from their "Sears Marketplace
".

The vendor, Accessory Export, charges a $2.95 return fee.

Irreplaceable data is just too priceless to risk on a bargain card. Gotta pass.

As a rule of thumb, I always check flash cards/sticks using the program hwtest regardless of where I get it from.. You can go past the return days before you find out the card is bad or fake..
