Those are the different "notes" in the cologne.

Looks like this is normal price, just compare to other seller's prices....

Nice smelling cologne imo , long lasting too to where a little goes a long way but not overpowering . I paid $17.55 Dec '09 from Amazon (onsale) .

Blue! err, I mean Green!

It's at that price fairly often, even for 3.4oz.

Sorry to go off tangent - I'd like to know what you guys feel about buying perfumes online. I've been buying perfumes online for the past 11 yrs, mostly from FragranceNet.com and sometimes from Scentiments.com. I was recently gifted the same perfume that I used to buy from online retailers and the gifted one was bought at Dillards.

What a difference - the same brand of perfume - which costs $70+ at Dillards costs about $60 online, but the retail one retains fragrance in clothes even after washing.

Anyone else notice such difference?

I have a similar experience from various online retailers. Perfumes bought from Macy's, Sephora's B&M store retains their smell for a very long time. However, whenever I order something online (FragranceNet, Sephora online, eBay etc, there is a big difference in how long the fragrance lasted on your clothes.

Finally I stopped buying them online.

Interesting. Fake perfume, you meant?
I used to taste some at Sephora shop and can't tell the difference from those I bought at the airport duty-free shop.

Sure hope you mean you used to test them...

GTi16V said: Interesting. Fake perfume, you meant? Not necessarily fake. Like anything else, perfumes have a limited shelf life/expiration date. In fact, the strength of the fragrance detiorates quite fast, even in sealed bottles. Best to buy fresh, and use relatively quickly.
