Frys.com has the Canon D480 for $150 after $150 rebate, plus shipping. I think it's a decent, not great, price for a network laser MFC. I've been told scanning speed is incredibly slow over a network:

This is a great Multifunction machine. I've owned one and it works flawlessly. The scan is slow but you can change it to USB scanning mode if you want.

anyone come up with a way to make it sweeter? i see no mfr rebates, and since it's a rebate rather than instant savings, there's no chance for a price match, either

Hi, I just bought thid D480 for $150.50 at Staples this morning; however, it is a display unit and I have not turn it on yet.
So, after MIR of $150, it costs me $0.50 + 8% sales tax on $150.50.
