I'm still waiting for my 975 arrive. I think this is the newest model and the regular price is $120 from others electronic store + 10% tax, gas and travel time. I hope with the help from this 975 blue tooth I don't have to yell at the other person when using my blue tooth speaker phone.

I've been through 4 of them but the good news is that Plantronics has provided stellar customer services and replaced each one without any problem. Retain your receipt though as they had me fax it in the first couple of times. One of the replacements was basically my fault as I can be rough on them by dropping it constantly. Another time the connector in the headset itself came loose and that was probably my fault as well. The other 2 times the speaker became scratchy. I still think it's a great headset and just ordered another one for a backup. Frankly, I'm ashamed to ask for another warranty replacement. They replaced each time with a brand new retail boxed unit. At this price it's a nobrainer. If you need one this one is great. However, I have to say there is no difference between the 975 and the 925 other than the style change.
I received my 975 in a "white box" from oversea with one small sheet instruction without toll free tech support phone number. So far it works fine with one phone. I'm trying to set up to work with my second phone. This device worked better than my old Samsung 450. My old blue tooth dose not work so well when I used out door like soccer field. No matter how loud I screamed, the other end huh, what's you said? I think when inside the car, the microphone picked up the my voice from surrounding echo. As soon I walked out my car, then I noted the different immediately.
The cool thing about this 975 is the extra battery charger box. Must be some thing new that I never seen any extra battery charger before. One can carry this battery charger in pocket if you plan to have a talk-ra-thone 12 hours.
I was using this blue tooth talking, while doing internet/working - both hands are free to do a lot others important thing instead holding the phone. So far the voice is clear and acceptable to use in or outdoor.
