They have 48 sheets of Zink paper for the printer for $10.99. Free shipping, too. This looks like a decent replacement for instant gratification now that you can't get old school Polaroids anymore.

Any reviews on the printer and the prints?

wish they used AA batteries but they say the rechargeable lasts 15 prints.

is there a 10% BCB search word? I see 5.

I found this at PCmag review

Basically it says:

Bottom Line:
Only the second printer in the U.S. to use ZINK technology, the Dell Wasabi PZ310 Mobile Photo Printer is small enough to carry with you everywhere.

Pros:
Highly portable. Photos are water- and scratch-resistant. Peel-off back turns photos into stickers.

Cons:
Photos are only 2 by 3 inches. Color quality is good enough for small-size photos, but less than ideal otherwise.

Seems to be a good deal except that the photos are too small for most things. Was going to buy one but decided to pass only because of photo size. Green though to OP!

Most reviews are tagging it at between 50-60% positive; barely 2-1/2 to 3 stars. I'll stick with the Selphy.

Lots of discussion when these were on sale last month: http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/expired-deals/987747/

Is this a Polaroid type?

Where do you buy the paper?

The Pictures are only 2 inches by 3 inches!!

I was not aware of this when I placed my order for one towards the end of Jan (it was actually cheaper then if I remember correctly).

The printer is tiny, and seemed like it would break really easily (cheap plastic appearance). This coupled with the fact that the pictures are so small, I mean seriously what am I going to use more that the very occasional 2x3 print for anyway; lead me to return the product to Dell.

Yes, the printer is very limited. Photos are very small. Battery is only good for a dozen or so photos (and spare batteries are very expensive). This is not a general purpose printer. It was designed mostly for kids to print out cell phone photos, but it doesn't work with many popular cell phones.

The "impressive looking documents" statement in the OP is pretty funny. I'm not sure what kind of documents will be 2x3 inches. Even my business card is bigger than that.

I was thinking about the stickers that my daughter pastes all over her school notebooks. Maybe your kids are different

I bought this last time around for my niece and nephew to play with. They love it and for what it is, it is not bad. You wouldn't buy this for photos you'd want to frame, but for quick snap shots and print, then go for it.

dead?

This might be a cool idea for a 'mobile' photobooth type of a thing like at weddings or even for randomness.

For weddings, I think a portable printer with better quality and bigger photos would be better. This Canon portable printer is $50 and makes 4x6 prints: http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/hot-deals/993472/
