HP Laserjet P1505 $29.99+Tax after recycling AC at Staples delivery only. March 7-13th Not available in stores. As of posting at least 350 units available online. This is the non-networkable unit and not the P1505N that was on-sale last week for $149.99 Here is what you do:
Place order online for 99.99-25 off 75 coupon = 74.99 Take your packing slip and recycle printer to store to get a $50 credit+tax. Final Price is $24.99 plus tax.
OR Go to a store with your recycle printer. Place order at the Kiosk for $99.99 Pay at the register with recycling and a $20 off 50 coupon (you will need a 50 cent filler) Final price = 99.99-50-20=29.99 plus tax plus cost of filler.
Staples sent an email with a $25 off $100 online purchase on 3/1/10. The title of the email was [$25 OFF + plus our 7-day savings event] and the coupon is single use, valid through 3/13/10. I ordered the printer and added $0.99 of filler to meet the $100 minimum.
Final cost after recycling the old printer wil be $25 + tax.
Thanks OP!

I got mine since I missed out on last weeks. I didn't need a wireless. Thanks Op!
The 1505N is not wireless -- its hardwired ethernet.
I have the networked version. Its a great printer and has a duty cycle (limit) of 8000 pages per month which is far more than our AVG of 3k per month. Very impressed. It prints very, very fast.
I bought one of these last week from a local B&M Staples. I got the 2nd to last one.
I am very happy with the printer but had some setup issues. Don't bother using the drivers which come in the box. Just go to the HP web site and download the newest drivers and a firmware upgrade. Specifically, I was unable to print envelopes from Microsoft Word.
Make sure you use a USB cable (not included in the box) when you first run the driver setup. Then upgrade the bios. After that you can change it over to print via the network.
One nice thing about the printer is that you can put the printer's ip address in your browser to change settings and see statistics.
I decided to use the in store option since I want to use a Staples Gift card. Just bought 20 off 50 in store, but it clearly states "Minimum purchase requirement of $50 must be met with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies. Excludes desktop and laptop computers. May not be combined with any other coupon." Do you believe I will have a problem since the 100 off is a discount/coupon?

All depends on the store manager. Most store managers don't care. and actually since these coupons work on-line with instant savings, they should have the same policy across the board (kind of their price guarantee) but it you run into a manager that have their brains somewhere else, they cause problems. They would rather have their store shut down than let anyone use coupons.

That's not what that means. What it means is that you must spend $50 AFTER all instant savings are deducted, so if something is $60 normally with $20 instant savings, it's only $40 after, and you can't use a $20/$50 on it.
I went in for two, i was able to use four coupons (2 on each 1x $25 off $75 and other $25 off $100) total paid about $5 as i needed a filler.
Let see if they come. i did two different transactions. One of the email conf i got sees to suggest they charged me $200+ but it was a AMEX rebate card with only $100 so it may be interesting.

You are completely correct, but how do you argue with a deaf and dumb manager. I have tried complaining to the President's office couple of times but all they say is why don't you fax over the coupon to us and then say its manager's discretion how to interpret the coupon.
Can someone as a group/class have Staples clarify and it put it in writing on their website? I doubt they would do that.

probably just your local area, still shows out of stock here in the SF Bay Area i ordered early yesterday before it went OOS but a lady just left me a voicemail saying it's discontinued/out of stock & none of the local stores carry it so they had to cancel my order
update 3/10: hmm, after i found out my credit card got charged $82.11, i checked order history and it shows a UPS tracking #
Just got back from Staples. A heads up, it took 2 managers and a 20 minute call into HQ to get this approved. The employees couldn't get over the price of the printer after the trade in (I had used some rewards coupon (batteries)in addition to the $25. The register wouldn't let them override the price so they had to call HQ and they spoke to 2 other people. But in the end, it worked! Thanks OP - can't complain about a $17.00 laster printer. Appreciate it!

Yeah you are right, the employees could not get over the price. It certainly wasn't their register. All they had to do it was override the price after using the recycling coupon but some people are mathematically challenged. They dont have any reason to be working at stores like Staples.
