RBXLUV4U is the code
exp 3/1

At the RedBox machine, before doing anything else click on the 'Promo Code' button in the bottom left and enter the code above.

Then select your movie as normal and check out - you'll still need to swipe your CC, but it will show $0 and if you return the movie by 9 PM the next night it's totally free!

And don't forget ... you can use the code more than once by checking out each video separately using different CC's.

I'd like to add that you can browse the available movies and reserve ONLINE, at specific locations, to avoid driving there and not getting a movie you like as much, or leaving w/out one. You can also view current trailers and sometimes vote for things on the net, as well as get the codes yourself that way. Inside Redbox.com

Just was sent the same coupon. Good till midnight on Monday... let's see how many rebate cards* do I have....

*Like CCs, each pre-set rebate card also works for renting movies and can use the free codes once each (breakroom, dvdonme, dvdatwag (Walgreens only), assuming you have the minimum needed balance available on the rebate card to authorize a rental (or two?).

Never thought of that.

Rebate Cards????? OH! Please explain. What are they??

cyberpitstop said: Rebate Cards????? OH! Please explain. What are they??If you've sent in rebates any time recently (couple years?) they often, but not always. come in the form of a preloaded debit card, that's not really a debit card and only works like a credit card. They usually are only good for 3, 6, 12 months or so till they expire. Since they work essentially like a credit card, you can use them at a Redbox to makes additional use of free rental codes that are only good once per card #. Unless you use that last couple bucks on the card so there's not enough left for a credit check approval to work.

Thanks for that. Great tip.
I was unable, however, to use the PROMO code they sent me on the site, as could not find where to enter the code.

My experience has been the with Redbox you cannot reserve online with a promo code. With BlockbusterExpress (the Big Blue Box) they have recently begun allowing you to reserve your movie online AND use a free one night promo code.

not sure yet, unusual for them to release it on a Sunday, so maybe we will see another code come out tomorrow.

Thanks OP!

Exactly, you can reserve online, but you must pay. No place to use a coupon code.

I've successfully used a Mastercard rebate/reward card with $0 balance with all of the promo codes.

They send the first monday code to my cell and I haven't received anything yet.

FYI - The codes are valid until 11:59:59 pm CENTRAL time. So if you are like me and live in the eastern time zone you can use the codes between midnight and 1 AM on Tuesday morning and get the new releases. I do it every month at the WalMart 1 mile away with multiple cards.

I wonder how far rentals will dip when they start holding the new releases until 28 days after the release date.

Got Whiteout and Moon. THX OP!

thanks I got Gamer

Redbox FAQ specifically states a coupon code cannot be used online because you are already getting the convenience of reserving the movie.

Just got a "Monday Only - One Time Use" code sent by text from RedBox.

I've successfully used a Mastercard rebate/reward card with $0 balance with all of the promo codes.
I've tried and was denied for insufficient funds with a couple different cards. Maybe it depends on the card. Most of mine have been Visa rebate cards.
Side note... Funny how I only get one positive for sharing this with people, and you get four for just saying you did the same this with $0?!

Funny how people hate reading about how you did or didn't get green for your post.

Rented 2 movies, thanks!!

It is against redbox policy to use prepaid cards. I imagine they won't bother to fix the system as long as people don't start using them to steal movies. (Please don't). Your prepaid card has to have the option of inputting your zip code (or a zipcode that you've been given) to use so they can verify it in the check out process. Most have this feature now, but some don't.

Monday codes are all unique now. I just got mine a few minutes ago.

Funny how some losers see only the bit at the end and convince themselves that's all the excuse they need to be an ass.

Did you use different emails too? Or it doesn't matter if the same email is used?

So what does happen if you rent with a $0 (or very low) balance prepaid and don't return the DVD?

(aside from being a nogoodnik, petty thief, karma time bomb (if you're into that kind of thing), etc., etc.)

Think RedBox is going to track you down and collect?

tried using different credit cards and charged me a dollar a movie after the first free rental, maybe because i use the same email address/

fyi -- There is a free app in the driod store that keeps you loaded with redbox codes. It's called Codes. I've used it several times to date with no issue. Enjoy.

Do NOT enter an email address when using multiple cards or use different ones.

There is a program on Android market with free redbox codes

So if have a cell phone like Motorola delirious or Sprint HTC hero you are in luck. I get free movie every day..

Thanks OP!

I used the code on monday for my first Redbox movie. It wasn't until I went to rent a movie that I realized that Redbox is not only at all the local grocery stores but also at almost all 7-11 stores around here.
