Managed to get 4 in my cart (2 others were sold out before I could place the order). Then, came the fun!! Shipping charges showed $695.00 for standard shipping and $1,295,00 for quicker etc. etc. I couldn't get it to change back to $6.95 and after several tries I gave up and had CS call me back. He got the 4 ordered with $6.95 shipping. O.K.,I lost the 5% maybe, but I could get them ordered! We'll see how they look -- otherwise, Sears/KM will get them back. Thanks, Butcherboy!
The site is poorly designed. It lets you add the items to the cart but when you try to check out it gives an error message saying item(s) out of stock. Tried for more than 50 different styles/colors/sizes combinations.
Be prepared to get an email saying it is oos as well. Ordered some for family gifts and just got an email AFTER the order went through saying they were oos. Really crappy site.

I had nightmare with Sears ordering luggage for pickup. Not only was it not there when I drove 20 miles and paid for parking, after being confrimed for pickup, but I had to get VISA to take it off the charge. Sears insited they did not charge me when of course they did- took two months of my calling b4 I gave up. Cost me at least 5 hours time. Will NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from Sears web site again. Maybe this is a New York only problem, but I doubt it.

On top of it for another item they said I picked it up, although I never did. Still going after them for a refund, but they keep going round and round. Not going to give up, I might just dispute the charge with AMEX.

I also had to choose 3 of the 4 I ordered. We'll see if they are delivered.
Mine was supposed to be delivered by 3-8-2010. Just checked, still shows processing. I called them. They said it's processing. I said I Ordered the 27th and it was supposed to be here NOW. She said We will look into it. I said When Will you let me know...they said will will know what the status is in about 2 days. WOW, in this day and age where online sales is SO where it is at, they lag SO far behind.

I just received my order. I waited until Mar05 and no news about shipping, so I talked to the online reps, and they exempt my shipping. I ordered some cashmere blend ones, but I just notice every sweater has a label "100% cashmere", hope this is true... The material does not feels as good as the 100% cashmere sweaters I am owning, but still good.

My three arrived today, also marked 100% cashmere. They seem to be running a little small and I think that the size medium I ordered as a gift for a friend will more likely only fit her very slender 12 year old daughter. But, for that price, I am NOT returning them.
