DEAL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PAIR OF HEADPHONES AND THEY GAVE ME THE RUNAROUND FOR DAYS REGARDING A REFUND. AFTER PROMISING A PREPAID RETURN LABEL, THEY ARE IGNORING MY REQUESTS THAT THEY SEND IT. I REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Why stress ? Just do a credit card chargeback. So EZ, And you get 100% of your money back.
