Came up as $414 plus tax for me too. The fun part is you have to go most of the way through checkout to enter the promo code. I typed the promo code, hit enter to apply the promo code, and Target thanked me for placing my order. After I peeled myself off the ceiling, I found the order cancellation feature. Whew.
Just for the sake of clarity: The shipping is free. The discount with the TOEY738U code is $46 (10% off), not $89.
The $89 discount is the 10% off coupon code ($46) and the free shipping ($43) combined. The free shipping has nothing to do with the coupon code. If you don't enter the coupon code you still get a $43 discount for the shipping.
Bottom line is this TV was never $371, it was $414. People just didn't know how to do the math.
Target actually updated their system. I tried it with the code and did get the $370 price. About an hour later when I tried again, the layout of the checkout page was different and I could no longer get $370 but got $414 instead.
Still a good price IMO and I believe Target also has a 90 days return policy but it doesn't matter anymore, it's out of stock.
