Curious, where'd the coupon come from? Most OD coupons are PDF's, so wondering.... not sure, but think it was emailed out to members of OD's Teacher Rewards program. It originally was a pdf.
Yep same here. I just got my gift card from the backpack deal. Going to re-do the deal (return/rebuy) for this week and spend $25 off of the gift card. Will do this next week's deal twice (2 separate rebates) and will have spent up my $75 gift card, and get $96 back in rebate checks. Plus, I only spent $65 on the backpack! so spend $65, get a backpack, a lot of paper and photo paper, and get $96 back in cash.
Did this twice today at 2 different Staples stores in Chicago. Paid $25.21 and will get back $30.50 in rebates for each transaction. More importantly, got rid of my gift card monies and converted it to cash.
Will work great this week, just got back backpack GC

I returned it because first I was doing the deal just to make a few bucks, but when I got home, my gift card was waiting. So since I wanted to use up the gift card, I just returned my CC purchase, and rebought it with my gift card. Nothing sinister.
