This is very good wireless router. It gives very steady connectivity. I have been using it for few months. It is just like any other normal router and do not require service from verizon. It comes with free overnight shipping as well.
Great router - been using it since the last deal and it has been flawless. Great coverage in my house. Not hackable according to my research, but it comes set up out of the box with security (info is printed on bottom) - plug and play! May order a backup.

$10 w/free overnight isn't cheap enough? Go google it and let us know if you find one.I tried several with no luck.
I bought one of these in Jan. when I posted a $9.99 deal for it and since I don't know what I did with it I am going to buy 3 more. There was a limit of 1 when I bought before.
I've got a Buffalo router with WW-DRT on it but my connection is wonky on my Wi-fi equipped cell phone as was my PDA. I don't notice it as much on my laptop. Any idea if this would be a more reliable?

There's 25% off accessories (including router) for ... um employees or friend and family or something. Well, all I know is someone posted a link on SD (other deal site... eh?) with their ID. You can add the router to your cart with 25% off, but it fixes the email and notifications to that for the ID being used. Just print out your receipt and you don't really need the email notification. My total was $7.95 shipped, with taxes.
Update - Router received two days later on Friday. Pretty good deal considering shipping probably ate up most if not all of the $7.50 paid.
I bought these @ $6 apiece a few months back, and set one up for a client with ease. Works great... still have the other 2 in stock and I'm sure I'll use them again. I didn't use it, but it has a USB port too in case you wanna do a print server or maybe a NAS.
