Most of the time like this store

I have been a customer of this store for a long time. Most of the time I like this store. But this time I encouter a problem:

I had an old address in my account profile and I accidentally chose that address for shipping. I figured it out immediately (literally 2 seconds after I placed the order) so I contacted the agent to correct the address.

To my surprise, they had no way to correct the address even though they didn't even start to pack the package, and they had not way to cancel the order before it was being shipped out.

The only way they could do is reroute the order after it is shipped out. How stpid is that?

"Reroute" means that I still need to pay $15 for s/h unless I choose store credits for refund.

Oh my god. I think this kind of policy is really ridiculous.
